Psychotherapy and Parent Coaching for Adults
I work from a psychodynamic and relational framework while also utilizing cognitive-behavioral techniques and mindfulness practices. I conceptualize health and well-being holistically—which means I consider how people are affected by their environment, past and present experiences, and the interplay between one’s mind and body. In my adult practice, I specialize in women’s health, anxiety, and parenting-related issues, but I am experienced in helping adult clients navigate the transitions and challenges that we all face: moves, losses, school, relationships, jobs, illnesses, drugs/alcohol, and dealing with family stressors.
